Easy to use Online Banking Website
Expected better from a local bank. Was treated like an outsider and they look down their noses at you. Also, rates not too bad compared to bigger banks. Not all customer focused. Just felt weird.

Locally owned and operated and full of integrity! I would recommend this bank to anyone, anytime! The amount of time they spend with you is whatever works for you and what they put back in to the communities is phenomenal.
Great Service, Friendly People & Convenient locations
If I could give them zero stars I would. Mortgage department is terrible!! Never allow Julie Dodge to underwrite your loan. She came up with a bogus rule of adjoining land that was "required by Freddie Mac" in order to write a conventional loan- . So they proceeded to lock us into a outrageous rate of 4.0 on a 5/3 ARM loan. FALSE- we ended up having to remortgage within 5 months to lock into a conventional loan- no one had ever heard of her underwriting rule--- further more cost us another round of closing fees, and Brian Campbell (who wrote the loan- NEVER RETURNED a call for over 3 months to remortgage).... Save yourself trouble- these guys are illegally writing the loans and forcing customers into loans that are bogus and then never returning their calls when they claim to remortgage after closing... BAD BUSINESS!
This has been a wonderful place to work and to do my banking! Everything you want in a bank--personal customer service and the technology you've come to expect. Big town advantages with Small time charm!
