No fees for most bank ATM cards.
Nobody and I mean nobody should be on hold for over 20 min. That is beyond ridiculous. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE BANK, IF I COULD. More often than not when I'd go into the New Richmond branch they acted like they were doing me some kind of a favor just by talking to me and dealing with me. So of course I went in to close ALL my accounts and move them to the much, much better RCU in New Richmond, and what happens but I'm actually HIT ON by a banker while he's on duty! How pathetic, that an employee can't even keep his or her gayness to themselves, much less keep themselves from making advances on former guests and customers! I was absolutely SICK to my stomach by the time I left the New Richmond branch, and obviously angrier than a hornet. Rude, Rude, AND MORE RUDE! That's not the end of my bad experience with this bank, however I'm trying to keep it short here.
I love Bremer Bank! I have had terrible experiences with larger banks and will never patronize a large multi-national bank again. Bremer is a large regional bank but they operate like a small bank with personalized service that can't be beat. Julie Freeborn and Heather McAbee are amazing in every way - it is truly a pleasure to work with them.
