Great units! Easy to rent from!
*Just note: place something down on the cement flooring like a pallet-I was not told this and unfortunately my belongings grew mold on them, since my items were in there for a whole year with the season changes. Very nice owners!
Had good service at first. Hank was friendly and was able to accommodate me when I needed a storage unit. Paid over the phone and was able to get into the unit on my own time. Now unhappy because I've been charged for a month of rent, when I've already vacated and left the unit a month prior. Have called and talked to Hank/Stephanie for 3 weeks now on this issue and took a long time to resolve.
