Very very bad experience. No attention to detail, had to be informed by homeowner that lights were more than an inch off center, that sink counter was installed at a significant slant, they left lots of nails in the driveway, plain old didn't care about the quality of their work. Spent 7K to install a tub, toilet and sink in an upstairs bedroom and was not happy with their customer service. DON"T USE THEM.
They removed a part and said it had to be replaced, couldn't be repaired. It was a part for which they're an authorized dealer. After I repaired it they charged me another trip fee to come reinstall it. Not horrible... but not great either.
