Long waits. Every time. No matter how i order. I've cal led ahead in the past, tonight I ordered online, to be ready at 5:30. Came at 5:40 and still waited over 10 min, in the drive through. Not to mention, no one ever answers at the speaker that says "stop here" on it. I'm not sure why it takes this store so long to make pizzas compared to other Papa Murphy's. It was the same way when it was inside Wal-Mart. Garbage rating for speed!
No star for you people. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! And I was short changed!!! I will never go back & will tell everyone I know not to go there!!! I'm so dissatisfied!!!! VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE!!!!
I love that everytime I walk in all the employees are so welcoming!!! With working with the public I notice things like this. When workers say "hi" and "thank you" it goes a long way!
We get Papa Murphy's often. It's always delicious. The staff is mainly young kids but I have to tell you they are polite every time. Keep up the great work team!
