I have never experienced customer service this well at any other Jimmy Johns. The New Richmond Jimmy Johns surpasses any other sandwich shop and I am extremely grateful to have it here in my hometown. Thanks guys!
Food is always great, the delivery people have a serious problem with reading the delivery instruction section. I specifically ask for them to not use the doorbell per my children sleeping and knock on the door instead every time, and 90% of the time they ring the bell.
There's been too many times where my sandwich has been delivered with old, limp, SOUR lettuce (super unappetizing and a waste of money). I won't be spending a dime here again.
The Jimmy Johns food is quite fantastic here. The way the sandwich artist (Hunter Groth) fixed my slim 2 was quite exquisite. He will be a great dad someday when he is able to make them outstanding sandwiches for school. I see the dad like features in him already in the way he fathers his friends. Although the sandwich was amazing the tacos on the other hand were not up to par and that is the only thing holding this review back from 5 stars.
And to add, I always ask for extra mayo packets, and have probably got those once, out of all of my orders as well. This isn't a complicated thing, to check the order that is printed on the receipt.
