Scott has great customer service skills. Every time I call to make a reservation for a staff of ours he remembers exactly what we need and how to spell everything. The staff enjoy staying at Asteria Inn & Suites in New Richmond! They also allow pets for a SMALL fee, how cool! I will always recommend Asteria to family and friends coming to town.
I was attending a wedding in the area. The hotel didn't have a elevator witch made things difficult for my elderly grandmother because her room was on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.
Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Nice place to crash for the night.
They went in my room and cleaned it when I had a do not disturb sign up. They did not respect my privacy at all. Don't stay here unless you want your stuff stolen
Rooms were clean, spacious, needs were comfortable. It's always nice to have continental breakfast, too. However, it could include a few more items like fresh fruits and fresh muffins/pastries. Decent price. I would stay there again.
