Very nice and clean store. Wholesome foods, deli and meat market with seafood. Rated 3 stars for lack of variety and overall price of store. We shop on occassion.
I love family fresh but the past two times I have ordered from they're bakery or deli I have been disappointed. First time I ordered a cake for the gender reveal party of my first child, it was a manager that took my order and I showed him the card with the gender looking away telling him to write it down cause I cannot know being the mom. He obviously didn't write it down because the next day I received a phone call from the bakery asking me about frosting colors basically telling me what I was having completely wrecking the surprise for me. Went in after work and spoke to the employee and manager who were nice enough to give me a discount on the cake. The second time I ordered a meat and cheese tray about a week and a half in advance so they'd be sure to have it ready I told them I'd pick it up on Sunday at 11 as it was for a baby shower, go in to pick it up the employee says she has no idea what I'm talking about finally she goes looks at the papers with the orders and says it's there but has not been made and she has no idea how to make one and the deli manager is gone. I tell her I ordered it about week ago and need it by noon. Finally another deli employee comes back who does know how do trays and says it'll be done in half hour. All bakery employees and deli employees should do they're orders correctly and on time, and be trained to do these orders.
I shop online and pick up order here twice per month. Top rate service! Very good in store butcher shop, excellent meat. Deli is also top notch. Nearby Walmart may be a slight bit cheaper but the friendly, efficient service more than makes up that difference.
Friendly associates but always a line at checkout. Even worse now with self serve checkouts. Great bakery items but limited variety of products.
Great local grocery store that carries natural and Organic products. Nice clean, wide isles. Love the selection and butcher option for fresh cuts of meat. Prices can be a bit high for competitive items carried at other stores.
I really am enjoying the self check-out that was just installed. It is helping with line back ups. Also the only place in town that offers water without fluoride. Just glad someone does!
