I now go here Everytime I need an oil change. No appointment, pull in. They are fast, work as a team, and get the job done. It's the cleanest shop I've ever been in. The best part my kids can stay in the car. Really enjoy myself while I'm there. They went above and beyond the first time helping me attach a metal plate that had been making noise underneath my car. Sad they can't accept tips. Would recommend this place to all.
So I go in for an oil change here all the time and it's never over $40. My brother went in there to get an oil change and they charged him $69. One of the kids that overcharged my brother is named JJ. He shouldn't be working there if he doesn't know how to charge people the correct amount. Kids working there making mistakes like that makes the business look unprofessional.
A bunch of younger boys goofing around. Not very professional. I could hear one of them drop his tools 4 or 5 times in the half hour I was there. They are quick though.
These people don't know what good customer service is. As evasive as can be when trying to rent a car dolly here. Moving on to a rental company that can answer basic questions, professionalism and good customer service. Competitive opening in New Richmond rental business that understands business basics.
