They have gone above and beyond in customer service on more than 1 occasion for me. Prices are reasonable, and it has the nicest waiting area I have seen for an auto service location.
Friendly staff. Tech's take pride in their work and are honest and upfront. The waiting area is very nice, coffee and cold drinks as well as a couch and TV. Overall the cost of services are fair, the services are fast, and you can save more money with their care card coupon. Definitely recommend!
Did a good job on my vehicle and the price was resanable.
Then, to ice the cake, they marked up the part to double the going rate elsewhere.
Its a joke. Try to tell you more parts are bad than what really is wrong. They refuse services and charge you just to tell you they wont touch it. Worst managment i have seen in automotive industry. Its a nice waiting area but service is a joke and somebody should shut the place down. Its a discrase to want to try to be a customer. (This was my first time there too btw).
The people are friendly enough--though whether or not they are well intentioned is uncertain.
Not at all competitively priced. Don't go here. Unless you're just really wanting to sit in a nice waiting room.
I brought my work van in here hoping they had down time to get it in on the fly for a simple fix. I ran a scan on it myself and informed front desk and both techs on staff exactly what I had found and what needed to be done. They fixed it and when I got the bill they had charged me 125 dollars for a "diagnostics check"--this is shorthand for taking 2 seconds and plugging it in to a scanner; something that A: I had already done and that B: they charged me as much as it costs to go to the part store and get a brand new scanner of my own.
