My girlfriend bought her first new car from Christy Cunningham about a month ago. She was an awesome sales person and made her first experience buying fun and informational! Would recommend anyone to buy from her at this dealership, they really care about their customers and it shows from the minute you walk in. When I need a new vehicle there is no question that I am buying it there!
Recently purchased a car through this dealership. Salesman (Derek R.) and finance was very friendly and thorough. Car had a problem with defrost that wasn’t fixed before purchase but was later fixed at no cost to us (a repair costing $1,000) and we received a new key fob at no cost because one was not working. Best experience I’d had purchasing a car, I highly recommend this place! Great follow through and support before during and after purchase.
I live by this dealership and I bring any vehicle I have to them the shop and the mechanics are so nice and honest. I will never go anywhere else they make you feel like family and they help any way they can.
I sent in a contact message about test driving a vehicle that my husband and I found on the website, the next morning I had a call from Jenna about setting up a time so that everything was ready to go when I got to Johnson. She told me to ask for Jess or Chad and she would let them know ahead of time so the vehicle was ready to go. Jess Paulson is the BEST!!!! From the minute I walked into Johnson Motors in New Richmond, WI she greeted me like we were old friends. She was very friendly and walked me through everything during the car buying. Ashley from finance jumped through hoops to help me get the financing to go through fast so that I was able to leave with the car that day. These ladies were both so helpful and efficient and made the process of purchasing a car so easy and fun for me. I appreciate all their hard work and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
Had a great experience working with Joe in sales. He was able to answer any questions I had about the van I purchased. Financing was a cinch and I never felt any sort of push or pressure which I appreciated. They even dropped the car off at my house with a full tank of gas! Thank you to the ladies up front for entertaining my fussy 2 year old as well!
