General under staffing during dinner periods, people must be unhappy to keep quitting all the time. No free refills on soda. Is your business model that bad that you can't afford the 15 cents it costs to refill a soda? No, you need two bucks for a flat soda with too much ice. Don't bother responding, owner, you've lost a customer. I'll go to Pete's, at least they give half of a rip about their customers.
Great family atmosphere, could use better service...took 40 minutes to get 2 guys 2 burgers.
Great place for drinks, good food, and a clean and friendly environment. The Chicken Parmesan Sandwich is FANTASTIC. Sunday football is A GREAT time, especially if you are a Packers fan. TV's everywhere and drink specials. Bowlers of all skill levels will love the state-of-the-art lanes.
We stopped in at 12pm on a Saturday afternoon after our nephew's football game. The bar and restaurant looked surprisingly slow for a weekend. It took the waitress at least 15 minutes to come over to our take our drink order. After she brought the drinks, she told us that her shift was over. It was another 30 minutes for the bartender to stop over and take our food order. Another two families that showed up after us had already ate and left before any of us had even gotten our appetizers! We were also told that they do not offer free refills on soda. One person from our party had even approached the owner of the bar who was there, and her attitude towards the whole situation was awful. Rather than apologize for the long wait, she got very sassy and made it seems like we were in the wrong. It was 2:15pm before we left. There's no reason why it should take over 90 minutes to make a couple pizzas! This place is for you if you have absolutely nothing planned for a whole afternoon and aren't thirsty.
We had a group of people here last spring on the roof top patio. Beautiful view & a great server. Took a bit to get our food, but they were busy inside so we totally understood.
Back this summer & once again, great service & the food was great!
