I had Stephanie O did my hair, she did an Amazing job!!! I will be back again. Also, I bought that Cherry Blossom Fiber mascara and I love it!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Ala Mode! I started seeing Stephanie about six years ago. She has been one of the most delightful women I have ever met. All the employees are fabulous. Not only does Steph do the greatest job on my hair, but in her lieu I have had Makala and Ashley do my hair and they are super! I see that one reviewer said some pretty negative things. I just cannot understand this. In six years I have not had any negative things happen - only positive. I get a lot of compliments on my hair and I love what Steph does. She listens well and is the perfect stylist. Not sure how anyone could have walked away without being happy. But, if you are unhappy they would make you happy by fixing whatever it is that you do not like. I did not care for the color I got one time (my hair was dry and probably absorbed color faster) and they were right there instantly to fix it all for me. I walked out of the salon being 1,000,000% satisfied. Just the most perfect salon I have EVER been too, and I have been to some of the best in the Twin Cities. ALAMODE IS THE VERY BEST ~ IT IS LIKE HOME TO ME!!!
Both my mum and I see Ashley. She is a wonderful hairdresser and is super friendly, she always remembers what we have going on in the family and asks about it. The salon is small and cozy and everyone is so friendly! I also had my hair done for prom here as well as makeup, both turned out amazing!
I went in wanting something but the prices were so outrageous that I had to change what I wanted. The service was rude and sloppy. It's been over a month and the dye is still washing out of my hair. I paid $120 for something that I could've done at home out of a box. 0/10 would never recommend.
